Abandonded Sled - Aspen Area
Ran across this on Craigslist......
Guy found a sled on Aspen Mountain, and is planning to claim it. Who just walks away from a sled on the mountain? If it's trashed, then pick up your garbage, but if it's functional, then wtf? http://westslope.craigslist.org/rvs/1959954750.html

He found a sled in a ravine on Corona Pass. Pulled it out and took it home. He stored it in his shed until the Parks said the required time (less than 6 months, I belive) had passed and sold him the registration. All he had to do was pull the jugs, re-nik them and install new rings and good as new. Rode it for a season and sold it for 4500 bux. Pretty damn good deal if you ask me. He bought ads in the Denver Post and Rocky Mt. News for a month, then posted for free on CL. No replies and DONE!
