Default bumper update

SoI found a part # in an old thread for the 09 bumper upgrade. I typed it in on a parts website and it said it was $499.00. Is that what you guys have found, or is there a cheaper place? I thought $399 was alot for my tri-city bumper.

So that deal at Babbits is the 09 plastic upgrade kit that'll work on the 900? Looking at doing that before snow. Can I keep my Skinz bumper with that kit?
