Default Vail Daily Hidden Gems Wilderness Editorial

Take a look at this one.

http://www.vaildaily.com/article/200...ntprofile=1065

All I can say is wow.... take a look at this editorial written by Vail Daily Editor and Publisher Don Rogers. In my opinion this just gives you an idea of what a uphill battle we really have ahead of us. I realize it is an editorial but it's not very encouraging when you see the editor of the paper taking such a biased, one sided stand. It sure doesn't look like we will be getting a fair shake from the Vail Daily anytime soon.

What I take away from a first read of that editorial is:

- HG has not gained any political support as expected
- HG has not gained as much public support as expected

- This editor is frustrated with the PUBLIC PROCESS
- This editor is clearly biased

- HG Staff have done a terrible job of engaging constituent groups of all sorts

WARNING: HG is going nowhere. They have $$$. They are emotionally driven. They are effectively on a Jihad!

Keep up the pressure to keep our public resources open & thanks, Farmer!!

That guy is a tool and his snotty tone won't gain him any fence-sitters. I think he hurt their cause more than helping it.

Just shot Don an email thanking him for helping our cause!

I'm curious to see what I hear back from him.
