Just bought an 03 Viper Mountain and the previous owner swore by Yamalube here is what the Power Valves looked like today when i cleaned them. He supposedly cleaned them once a year. Think ill be checking out Amsoil or Legend

That surprises me, I always have run yamalube in everything i own and have had great luck.

That is right on mine looked like that from yamalube, i clean them twice a year now. I know there is a phillps 66 oil that supposely cleans power valves well i just can not find it?

also brake cleaner and a barillo pad will cut your time in half, over carb cleaner.

Wow that suppises me. Are you sure you are not running to rich on the oil injectors?

Looks really rich. I have always had good luck with Yamalube. I am a big fan of Redline, but you really need to clean powervalves every year no matter what oil you use.
