my understanding is that it would cost more them more to update the technology so they just use the older cheaper set up (carb) ..on sw there was a guy that installed a new fuel injection engine on a hawk, but with all the changes to sw there was the decision to get ride of the archives of info relating to the hawk, oohh the loss we have suffered from not haveing a hawk forum from the begginning (02) or to have trusted the info to the metrosexuals which have now turned on those that are computer illiterate and dont participate in the cyber cirklejerk.by replaceing the archives with chatrooms .oohh the loss I have suffered because of my sexuallity.........

What motor are you going to use??? Does anyone know if the Arctic-Cat lay down style engine would work because in my personally opinion they have the best fuel injected sleds out there

I like where this conversation is going. A Hawk with an engine tucked in where the gas tank WAS. I can only imagine how nimble it would be, more like a dirtbike, street bike instead of dirtbike jetski. We're talking ludicris speed in tight spots. Now I'm totally disturbed. CRAP!
