The whole thing, not cut or trimmed, it's easy enough to do it myself the way I want it...$1.80/lb.....over a buck less that costco and $3 less than qfc..spare ribs were good price also compared to costco and looked very similar in quality as far as meat and slab size...I want to say it was almost $1/lb less.....
