Default Timbersled intake?

Does anyone know if there is a way to clean the filters? I can't find anything on this but usually filters need to be cleaned sometime or another, i put the kit on last year and have been wondering about it. Should it be cleaned regularly? THX

I clean them just like I do all the K&Ns we run on our YFZs, I just don't oil them.

Most auto parts stores have the cleaning kit.
