we soak it in water for about 20 minutes then put on grille until husk starts to look burnt , husk and silk comes off easy and taste great

best corn I have ever had (grilled or any way cooked) was from the farmers market and was called "peaches and cream" I guess thats the seed type or genetic variation or something but it was the best corn I have ever eaten.

I'm a fan of silver queen. very sweet and crunchy...

thats they same way we cook our corn, in the husk and on the grill....can't beat that!
