I always make mine on the grill, prebutter it in tinfoil and add a lot of garlic salt, a little bit of cajun seasoning, and throw it on about 1/3 of the way through a steak.

started grilling last year....but I tried to many different ways at the same time so I can't remember which was the best. I wanna say leave it in the shuck and soak then grill. I think that was the best....gotta start trying again now that it's the season.

I will be taking notes and only cooking it one way at a time.

straight from the stalk to the grill....shuck and all. You'll want to grill it for quite some time. pull it off, butter, season, and enjoy

It's cleaner to pull the silk off first but I suspect must of us arn't trying to impress anyone. LoL

Tastes good with the husk, and you can pour melted butter into a big bowl of water for dipping, the butter floats and coats the whole cob.

Corn cooks good in the microwave too.

Corn freezes well too, no need to blanch or anything, just toss it in the deep freeze with the husk.
