Do I get a prize for being the first to book my room reservation?

Seriously though, HawkFest is President's Day weekend, which is their busiest weekend of the year. The Cook City Alpine only has 27 rooms and several have already been reserved by Twoski people, so make that call. If you later decide not to come, as long as you cancel 7 days in advance there is no cancelation fee. What's to lose? Make the call

it is not the only place to stay but it is nice and good size rooms.

I believe it's Friday Feb 18th through Monday Feb 21st.

I'm told the town consists of one road, 5 blocks long and that once you get there you ride your machine through town to the restuants, gas station, etc. Anyone got more info to add, maybe pictures?

I booked a room at Alpine. Two hawks from Minnesota so far.

town looks so much better with snow all over and covered with sleds and hawks

I booked the Soda Butte lodge Feb 17th to 21st. Had too much fun last year.

it would be a good idea if we organized some events like races or poker runs.
hill climb contest etc. Free style for the crazies .And of course a good night ride!!
