ok, this is good stuff... I use a HOT cast iron skillet or the grill

3 tbl spoons olive oil
1 tbl spoon sesame oil
4 tble spoons REAL maple syrup
chopped chives (handfull)
fresh ground pepper (lots)

teaspoon garlic pow
"" onion pow
few shakes of fresh dill

I make this stuff in a zip loc add 2 lbs of 1" thick fillets and marinate for at least 3 hours

cook it quick and short

blacken it a bit and enjoy

it is a favorite in my house hold,

just made some thursday!
