Good idea, sell bolt in kits for the blaster's 250EX's, small quads like that. I belive a blaster, piped, 240 kit, reeds etc, makes about 40 hp..give or take.

Good luck with it, friend built a sandrail with a 540 yamaha motor in it, was suppose to be 5hp B&Sand been tuning on it for years trying to get that exact setup to work. Obviously you are better at building these things than I am, haha....... so hopefully yours works better than ours.
Interested to see this follow through, maybe see some stuff to help build ours.... |

I agree! pretty sure there wouldn't be enough room though-especially for the pipe!
Now if we were to build a tube chassis for it, maybe stretch it out a bit more and create some room... |
