Been running the Ultimax XS 809 for several years on my sleds with good luck.
They have a one year warranty,if it blows up send the pieces back with warranty card and $6.Get a new belt in a couple weeks. With that being said I wanted to share that shadetreepowersports.com has them for $75.99 thru tomorrow Wednesday night.Use discount/media code #153560.Alot cheaper than the Poo belt and a warranty ![]() Pete |

How do those compare to the 115 belts?
I went with the 080 belts for a while and they just don't hold up.

The XS seems to be as strong as the 115,got over 1300 miles out of it before I swapped it out to a spare.
The 1080 belt I would compare to their Ultimax 3 belt which was their strongest belt before the XS.The Ultimax 3 works fine on 600's but I would go with the XS on anything bigger .

My sled calls for a 3211080, whats the story on this 115 belt? Is that for the 900?

Thanks for the info. I found the 3211080 for $68.40 plus shipping online... I think I'll just go that route.

The 115 belts were designed for the 05/06 700/900 polaris sleds.
they had major heat problems and the solution they came up with was a belt that was designed to take the heat. On my 08 700 RMK and the wifes 07 Dragon there is insufficient air flow over the engine compartment. I regeared both sleds to drop how hard the engine had to work and thus reduce the underhood heat. I was running shock tower vents and footwell vents. Had problems keeping the belts cool enough. Went thru 3 080 belts on my 08 and 2 on the wifes 07. The last straw was when the wife and I were playing in 3' of springtime snow. It was full throttle fun for about 4 hours. Wifes 080 belt blew apart, and I do mean BLEW apart. Took me 30 minutes to unwind the threads from the clutches. Got the spare belt on and went to start my sled only to discover that it got so hot under the hood it had melted my pull cord. When I went to pull it over I came up with the pull handle and about 6" of cord. I went back to the 115 belt and added side vents for this season. The belt may be more expensive but I figure I am saving money by only buying one belt a year. If the XS has the same heat properties as the 115 belt I may give em a try.
