http://www.boyesen.com/cwo/SNOW/Products, you can get these from dennis kirk, WPS, and direct. Best replacement system by far.

I have the stock reeds and boots off of my 04 600 hawk if you're interested. They are in excellent condition as the hawk had hardly been ridden. Send me a pm or call.

Boyesen is what i run and i would recomend them to any one wanting to replace there reeds and boots. They have a billet housing and dont crack like factory intakes do.

I went to replace my stock rings after about 10 tanks of gas and found my boots to be coming apart and cracked.
with failure at this low of miles I wouldn't recommend used or stock. I caught my rings in time, they were flaking but hadn't caused any damage yet. |

V force 3s for a 03,04 rev 600 non sdi will fit but u gotta zip tie the carbs ahead so the jack shaft don't eat the throttle cable bracket. I don't know if the boyensen fit better. I started the same thread 2 years ago and got little response.

I just got a pair just because I had a good deal on them (otherwise I would've went V-Force) but now that I see the construction of the Boyesens, I'm glad they're the ones going in. Full fckn Aluminum Cast construction, when I apply finger pressure on my stock ones the flex of the carb (aka throttle bracket rubbing on Jackshaft) comes from the rubber boot flexing and allowing too much up nd down movement. When these will be in it's gonna be almost a solid mount. The rubber coupler is a heavy-duty BAMF too so it's another plus. Are you guys running any spacer ? I will be running a 0.200" spacer in mine. The more spacer you run the closer you are to the Jackshaft though !!! |
