Default 03 MXZX to 151" Summit
I did this last year, I took an 03 800 MXZX and stretched it to a 151. Changed the rear skid and had a tunnel extension made and changed the chaincase out to a longer one off a 2000 summit. The summit chaincase was 3/4" longer so I dropped the drive shaft and the skid down and back for a mini drop and roll, worked perfect. I also made up some rear drop brackets that extend all the way back to the rear bumper for strength. Used Stainless steel rivets on everything. Added a bar riser and some powder pro skis. A low budget build and everything worked awesome!













First ride out, Celebrating that it all worked.

build looks good, I enjoy seeing "low budget" builds since that's all I can do myself.
