Running 21/49 in a 154. tried using bigger bottom gear rather than smaller top gear

WOW!!! some low gear ratios! I always feel like I am going to lose some top end track speed but I guess a lower gear ratio will help keep the top track speed there too... I am running 21/43 with a 151" and will be changing to a 19/43 or a 19/44 this year... Running a ZX RKT 827...

On the Xp's we run anywhere from 21/45 to 19/51....depends on riding style, track size, power, clutching etc....Stock 154's usually 19/45, stock 163's usually 20/49.

XP 154 running a 20/45 now. Had a 19/45 and wanted a little more topend. I couldn't tell a huge difference boondockin between the two.
