So i had problems with my switches not working, warmers, reverse, etc.
So i was told by many that the switches have too be grounded too the handle bars, after i cut a hole in my dash and mounted the switch down where a water temp gauge might go. Too my suprise today when finally firing it up after a long sit, iv got headlights, tach, warmers and reverse! The switches are out of kneeing distance and still work. If i can get a pic i will post. ![]() Split the switch block, mount it however and plug the back plugs in and theyll work

The ground wire is in the plug, I don't believe you need to add a second one.
This "switch mod" has been done a few times with good results. Mine works well where it is on the bars so I leave it there. Thumb warmer could work a little better though!
