no matter what i do i cant get my A/F ratio to get below about 13.7 wide open im terrified im gonna burn it down but as soon as i get into the deeper snow where there is load on it, it would start to flood out so i dial the fuel back so it runs right but then the a/f is about 14 but it pulls without flooding. i dont want this thing to ruin my trip next week

how many miles are on the sled? Ive been told that you can run lean if the fuel filter is plugged. once your on boost the fuel cant keep up with the filter plugged causing it to run lean.
just a idea |

you know anybody else with an AFR setup like yours? if so barrow their sensor and try it. I had a similar situation on my first AFR sensor, it was just calibrated wrong.
Also nice to run egt's also to confirm readings between the two |

Run it wide open, when you see the 13.7 hit the kill switch and check the plugs. If it's fat then the O2 sensor is bad. If you are running it rich to the point it bogs and still getting 13.7 then it has to be the gauge/sensor.

You can get a lean reading even if you are rich. Seen it bunch of times.
I saw a good explanation of it somewhere. Basically the unburnt fuel going through the pipe causes it to read incorrectly. You may not have it leaned down far enough. Get a light, to check wash and start checking things. Also fill it full of race fuel that will help save the motor, if you are actually on the lean side. Also, are you the guy from Sioux Falls? If so get out the check book and take it to Twister... he is a wiz(thats an understatement) with turbos... and he has had experience with your kit. Paying for a little help might save you money in the long run. The Silber kit he put on, he had tunned in 5mn. He just knows how the sled should feel, sound...ect. yeah i was thinking the same thing. that was what was happening when i first put the kit in. i take away a little more fuel it hardly runs and starts showing up to 15. seems to kinda be a fine line between the hardly running popping and the over fueled stuttering. im leaving on tuesday heading out west to finally ride this thing where it is meant to be ridden. well see how it runs out there i guess
