Rode in powder all day.
Played in the drainage areas down south of 130.
The more popular areas will be pounded flat, but if you get off the beaten path and look around, there is GREAT powder.
6 hours of riding, 4+ hours in bumper+ deep snow.

Nothing to get excited about (no warnings or watches) - I hope all these little storms add up to something - which they could 4-5 inches here and there over 5-6 days can make for some decent riding.

Today was a gorgeous day to ride. The snow was awesome in spots and the jumps even better. I had a hard landing and was thrown over the handlebars, did a forward summersalt (sp) and landed on my back next to my sled. Damn that was a hard landing, the left front of my sled dove in deep ( the reason for being thrown off). It was fun, but I will be feeling it for a few days. My brother in law decided to hit a tree in mid air. He was able to bail off but the sled didn't fair as well, the tree was ok. The sled had to be towed back. This was all after I buried my pickup and had to winch myself out this morning (I'm sure glad I put that 12,000 lb winch on). A good and eventful day.

Come on Ollie, everyone knows there is no good snow out of albany, and i think we need to let those folks remain with their opinion!! Greenrock is where you go if you want "real" snow!

Actually no.
The weather forcast isn't very good. No real snow to speak of in 2 weeks.
Gonna be hard to find good snow this coming weekend. They are calling for a chance of snow, but it won't amount to more than a couple inches at most.
