Don't know if anyone noticed my stylin jacket at hawkfest so here's a pic. Ran over myself a couple times and as you Hawkers know the trees really take a toll on things. Anyway, I had sent my Klim jacket back to the factory for some warranty work about a week before Hawkfest and WOO-HOO yesterday a brand new jacket showed up.

So now I'm a happy camper! Just want to say thanks to Klim, nice warranty. Anyone that would warranty something that gets abused like a Hawker can abuse things get a big thumbs up from me!

I think they only cover leaks, but it's been nice.

OK, so I just decommissioned that coat today. As I cleaned it out It really brought back some memories. I had forgotten that I'd taken it to Manhatten a few times, so I dug up a couple pics. Sure was a good jacket......

Huh... My warranty experience with them the last go-round hasn't been too positive.

Wouldn't cover a hole in the pants... got less than 250mi on them. Old snowboarding pants went about 2k mi and they're in the same condition. Wanted me to pay $100 to patch them.

Jacket... they repaired almost everything... should have it back today after I had to send it /back/ to them to fix the rest of what they said they'd repair the first time...
