Default My SHR 860 update

I frequently get PM's and phone calls with guys asking about the 860....now that I've got most of a season on the sled, it has run flawlessly. I set up jetting/needles exactly as recommended by SHR (John) and never had to touch anything...plugs look safe and it runs strong and consistant. It starts every time first pull, has never shown any of the typical aggrivating/irritating issues seen on alot of "mod" engines.

As a comparison to a very good setup stock 800, the best comparison I can give is....10%. It is consistanty 10% faster/quicker/higher on the hill, just as one would expect. I have the lower compression/pump gas/single pipe version....although I do run a couple gal. of race fuel with the junk fuel we have around here. I would definatly recommend this for the guy looking for more power without the headaches!!

JFYI, we have also recently come up with some clutching for the 860 that has been getting very good feedback....I typically never run the same clutching more than a few weeks...always looking for more, but I have not touched this setup and have no plans to! The whole package is truly pull the rope and ride!
