Default fouling plugs at idle

one cyclender the PTO side smokes abit when i pull the plugs aswell, but they both look the same

Most sleds will load up at idle anyway, but when you pull the plugs, is it wet like gas or wet like oil?

First thing i'd check is the oil pump.... make sure the two marks on that are lined up.

If you haven't done so already, I strongly recommend FBF's throttle cable. Gets rid of the little POS connecting the throttle body to the oil pump that likes to break and stick.

Since the sled's fuel injected, there's not much you can do about the fuel mixture. I'm guessing there's no engine codes? If something's not feeding back into the ECU it may dump fuel into the mix.

Have a buddy that had the same problem. Try this

1. Go to walmart and get some Sea Foam add it to your gas for a few tanks. Works great!

If that doesn't cure it...

2. Go one step hotter on your plug

My buddy had to do both.

how is the sled running other than the idling? a lot of idling is going to foul plugs.

I had the same problem before I reset my tps, Not sure how you heat cycle yours but I let mine heat up to 90 degrees hit the gas a few times to clean it out and take off at 100 degrees. Not sure if that is correct, but I don't foul plugs anymore. Just my 2 cents.
