Well, Gus Bohne is the man in my opinion. Im not sure if he will be over here in this forum or not.

The other guy you should talk to is Twister.

You could also get ahold of Dave Halverson.

All these guys really know their stuff.

I know some too. You are more than welcome to bounce ideas off of me if you want.

mattymac on slowest built a 900 cat with abit of help

it's a pretty simple thing i helped a few guys build 900s too

first few questions for you

you making or buyin airbox? if buying call cpi they can make them for with and install the powerjets for under $ 200

turbo mitsubishi 16g i have seen a few aerochargers but they get hot fast on the 900

you can get the 16g evo 3 big urbo for 569 new at http://store.forcedperformance.net/m...de=Turbo-Mitsu

can only use a stock pipe with the seems welded i would also add more springs to where your y-pipe and pipe meet to make sure they hold together under boost

through up a little info on what you have
you'll get alot of help over here

whats the part # on the aero?

you weld the seam where the bottom and to top part of the pipes come together

you could add 2-4 springs where ever you can get them

is there any play in the shaft of the turbo?
