My throttle is fn up also, I think that's the problem I'm having also, went for a ride a couple weeks ago when it died on me. So I walked out to go get my truck and when I got back to the sled I started it up and ran fine. I dropped it off at the dealer and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Could the new bolt on the right side be to tight?

i'm ran perfectly fine last season, never had a problem with it. Don't think that it really come very close to the kill switch, but i'd have to go out and check. I've got a goldfinger on a 05 m7 if it makes any differance.

It is not the kill switch, it is the full throttle saftey shut off that the cats come with instead of a teather. It didn't matter how loose i set mine it still effed it up, but I think there is a way to remove the saftey if you have a tether. I will keep searching...

i have an 07 M8 and run a goldfinger, i have my tors, throttle override system and kill switch both disabled and run a tether. you just have to undo the throttle side control and unhook both. would NOT suggest doing this unless you have a tether...

I had a home made kit on my 1000 and it kept fugging up, so we removed that safety and installed a tether. Then it ran well... Have since sold the 1000 and put it on my new M8 and there has been no issues... not sure why not on the new one lol

I decided to pull the safety switch, so I guess we'll see what happens.

check your ground wires too, we had major issues with the 2007 M1000 cutting in and out and we thought it was the safety due to the lefty but turns out it was also the ground wire...
