Default Pure Logic Fuel Controller Help

I'm having a bit of trouble getting my PL box working on my sled. I'm pretty sure it's a wiring issue but since I'm not exactly sure what the lights are supposed to be doing when the sled is running I can't say for sure. Here's a quick video:

Looks like it keeps restarting. Checked the ground it it is good. Going to keep checking the wiring but not sure where to look.

My 2010 TM8 PLogic box would flash like that but only did it once, mine was a ground issue. The sleds main wire harness ground is secure though? Loose pin?

I haven't gone through and checked all the grounds and other wiring. Hope to do that tomorrow. Was hoping to not have to search blindly.

Found it. Chassis ground came loose. Probly related to some other issues I've been having too.

After reconnecting the ground the PL box turns on and stays on. Sled idled good and I thought all was fine. When I tried to load the sled to go tune it I got a steady flashing engine light if I gave it more than 1/4 throttle. Pulled the sled back in the garage and rechecked everything. Outside temps -10F. Couple days later the outside temps were above freezing when I retested the sled, it ran fine. Next day I loaded the sled on the trailer and headed out for a weekend of riding. Next morning I try to start the sled for a tuning ride and get a constant flashing engine light even at idle. Outside temp -22F.

Any ideas? Tried calling OVS but they must be closed today so I'll try them tomorrow.

Not sure if it can effect at 1/4 flipper, you most likely have already altered the throttle position switch on the bars?

Constant flash, got water flow? A Six flash would be power valves dirty or solenoid fail. Constant flash on mine is a cold start fuel flud. Shut down, re-start and get some pipe heat will clear it, but my sled is slightly temperature mental.

I disconnected the throttle safety switch and that wasn't it. Coolant flow is good.

Sleds an '05 M7
