Default Anyone else bend frame/sub?

Went to put the wheels on and the pipe was up against the shock spring and the tire was for sure going to hit the can. After some creative bending on the sub, the issues were still present. Got to looking and both the frame and subframe are twisted. Anyone seen this?

Wow... that seems unusual. Do you launch off big jumps? I guess I could see where the strut rod would put additional stress on the bike frame but I would think it would take a shit load of extra stress to actually bend the frame. Any hopes of straightening it?

Nope, no big air. I'm guessing that it happened by going side to side on a deep stuck in a creek bed. I'm going to do the best I can and leave it as a dedicated snow bike. You know what that means, NEW BIKE! Picked up a 16 501FE. Sweet bike.

Maybe you need to keep a look out for a watercraft too John.

Noticed the oem cat bike today, making more sense to have a dual season
ride AND they just keep evolving..two wheels on pavement was a grin getter for me last summer..hmm

Jealous. I've been all but begging my wife to let me get a YZ450FX with absolutely 0 success.

Yeah, I was crushed when I discovered the issues but feel much better now! 78 miles so far and the more I ride it the more I wonder why I didn't go to a linkage bike sooner. Amazing through the whoops and seems to have more bottom end than the KTM. Could it be the 7500 miles on it caused some loss in power? Nah!

Russ, I had a canoe but all of the wheels fell off! Which brings up an interesting question maybe you can answer. If your going down the road in your canoe and all of the wheels fall off then how many pancakes does it take to shingle an outhouse?

Are we talking mod-modstock or slightly used oem flap jacks?

My advise John, just buy new or its end up like working under an oil dripping car
