Default Ridin Crew

Hey everybody. Im lookin for a riding crew in Colorado to ride with this coming season. Im about 8 hours south east of Denver in Oklahoma. I am new to the mountains as I am originally a flatlander from Wisconsin. Ive got a Pro-RMK. Just kinda looking or a group of people to educate me in mountain riding.

Wow. Your neighbors must think you're nuts. You will get a couple to reply in the next few days.

I'm still here in MN.

Oh yea people down here think I'm out of my mind but I've never been this close to the mountains before and I'm damn sure not missing out on this opportunity haha but so many people want me to give them rides so maybe I'll have to charge $1 per ride haha

If you ever come up to Summit County let me know. I'm moving from AK next month and taking my sled down with me. I would be more than glad to show you the ropes on backcountry riding. Gotta respect someone from Oklahoma that bought a Pro RMK.

Where are some good spots in Colorado for a novice mountain rider to ride in?

Wolf Creek's a real fun place. Some challenging areas, but it's doable.
Ears ... spend a lot of time there.
Vail pass if you can tolerate the mixed-use users and forest circus day-use fees.
Snowies in SE Wyoming, great riding...

Lots of other little pockets (corona, georgia, cameron passes; steamboat lake, gunnison/CB (Kebler pass), Red&White near Vail)....
