Lets see. This is all off the top of my head since im up at work right now.

2 shimano trevala jigging rods with tekata reels spooled with 80# tuff line for halibut and lings.

2 Griggs jigging rods with diawa 400's for halibut and lings.

4 Berkley im7 8'6" salmon rods with shimano 200's loaded with 12# mono. They make for awesome downrigger and mooching rods and dont break the bank. No questions asked warranty as well. Break one for any reason they hand me a new one.
Likewise. The Shimano 200's are tough to beat. The drags are glass smooth and tough enough reels to take a whole lot of abuse and keep working perfectly. Pretty much the standard go to reel for all salmon charters in our area and for good reason.
Absolutely love the light little Trevala's for jigging up the big fish. Same with the small tekata reels. About like fishing for muskie's and using pan fish gear. Plenty stout as well. Biggest butt I've landed on them was 260# with no issue. Yet they weigh nothing and are so well balanced you hardly know you're fishing for big fish. Sure beats the telephone poles we all used to use. I still have a pile of Penn tuna sticks laying around as well as diawa 600 reels.

A couple of Lamaglass fly rods for fishing fresh water. 5wt, 8wt and 9wt. God only knows what's on them for reels. Pflugers if I remeber correctly.

And of course several trout spinning rods and reels.

Thats quite the setup Ultra. After my trip up there I could see how a guy could sink a lot of money into sea fishing setups in a hurry.

Thanks Trout. Im set up pretty good and thoroughly enjoy my time on the water. It is an addiction for sure! Then again so is hunting, and then the sleds lol. A guy doesnt stand a chance up here. Then step into the world of small planes and look out! I've had enough self control to stay away from the planes as much as I'd love to have one. Just too expensive for just one vice. I'd have to give up the rest of my habits to feed just the one. I stay pretty busy year round as it is. So that will be the one toy ill never own. Im just in the wrong tax bracket to even think about making a plane a reality for me.

Nice boats! I would love to explore the north coast of B.C. and SE Alaska by boat. So much great fishing up there I think I could spend the rest of my life trying to explore every spot and be perfectly happy.

Our seasons tend to overlap. Sleds or boats? Sometimes the choice can be tough! Cant lose either way :-)
