How many miles on the sled/turbo? What boost/fuel are you running? And what are your box settings and fuel pressure? If you max out the g/b will it richen it up enough on top? Check your exhaust very close for holes/cracks. Also check the BOV make sure it is closing all of the way. I just found mine had a small boost leak while on throttle and the BOV was sticking just slightly open. You can pull it off the charge tube and push the piston up and down make sure it opens and closes all of the way smoothly. I pulled mine clear apart, cleaned it and works 100 times better.

Took it out this weekend, and spent one day by myself tuning and tweaking it.
I had rerouted, replaced all boost lines and wiring, repaired any suspect wiring connections.
Then tried a pull or just playing around and finally have a tune up that works.
Only running 8-10lbs, depending on the snow, more set up it'll push 10lbs, fluffy snow 8ish lbs.
My settings aren't that far of from Cutlers, but I think the biggest thing was the relationship of boost and fuel, it wasn't until i started dialling it down that it would run right.
It really runs good now, I just want to clean the mid up a bit more.
if i go for more boost then it'll definitely need more tuning time on it.
