Started on a template for the tunnel ending on the shortie, it will be bolted for easy removal to mount the tunnel extension.

its going pretty well and it feels like the major fab. work is done, now its the small stuff and that takes its time.

Made the end plate for the shortie tunnel, i dont have a sheet metal brake so its not perfect and i did some hammer work around the cooler to cover as much as possible of the hole.
Im thinking of using the Ski doo rear light plastic/flap holder so it will be hidden anyways.
