That sucks. I'm hearing about more and more of these failures. Hopefully I have no problems this season, but it looks like some zbroz arms are on my summer to do list

Guess they need to get the "better" glue.

Most new(er) trailers that are smooth are taped or glued. Same with alot of aircraft. Stuff is supper strong, if used correctly. Heck, Jaguar cars have their body panels glued on with epoxy (we make it on one of the lines I maintain).

Was at a dealer looking at pro's yesterday, and noticed on some that glue had oozed out around the arm.Upon further inspection it seemed(by feel, not scientific) that it also varied in consistacy, made me wonder if a person could gauge potential failure just on that basis alone. So, are the assaults using a different process for their a arms,as I keep thinking that is the route to go for polaris this year...

Yea the assaults don't have the glued arms.

I inspected mine and my buddies sled last night, he's about to lose one. It's come unglued and pulled a quarter of an inch out. I told him to get it replaced before it comes the rest of the way out

Question , so is it actually called a glue joint or is it a weld ? One would think that the only way it will work is by using a version that actually bonds the two together which is a two part application ?

blown belts, drive shafts, jackshaft bearings and junk cranks are one thing, you lose an A arm at speed on 2-3. Ft high whoops and your day is going to end really bad....

That right there is why I can't believe Poo is denying claims. They have a recall for a handful of shock bolts but not a total failure of an A-arms?? Can you imagine a lower control arm on your truck, hauling your precious Pro, failing at 65 mph? Imagine the fallout and lawsuits to follow. But it's just a sled so no worries I'll just toss another wad of at it and it's ...ok cuz it's just "learning pains".
I don't get it
