I put a 16" under my 02 800 cat with a stock tunnel and the only thing you need to do is grind some of the rivets down inside the tunnel. Not sure what you will find for 16" wide and 2.52 pitch track. I changed my drive shaft and axle over to a king cat extrovert setup at the same time and that's the 3 pitch setup.

Yup. I just threw a 16" track under my 01 800. There's a few rivets I ground down, and I installed 7.12" idler wheels at the drop brackets to make sure the track clears the brackets.

Forgot to mention that. You will need larger upper return idler wheels so the track clears the TSL bracket. It has been a few years since I messed with it.
