No Question is a Dumb question dude. I'm not a Skidoo guy but I think you can adjust them. Gonna have to wait till tomorrow I think for a real answer cause most of us silly a$$e$ are probly too drunk to care.

Adjustable??? No. They can be cut shorter, seems to give a little in the midrange. Their opening is controlled by the MPEM and is related to RPm and throttle position.

You can convert them to "old school" exhaust pressure opening in about 10 minutes....but left stock, non-adjustable.
