read my signature for two of your question.....approx 410lbs and approx 175 hp...when i get the timbersled frt barkbuster i will have better steering and another 10 lbs loss and the dd to the bdx dd another 11lbs so then all three of your issues dealt with at 389lbs...
look at the speedwerx 925 bigbore as well

Drop weight - Buy a can and Boss seat.
Steering - Buy better skis and adjust rear suspension.
Power - Single pipe, either SLP or Speedwerx. Aftermarket intake and gut hood. Both will also drop more weight.

Skis are MODS. Looks like FrogSkinz on the stock vents. Lots of places sell them. Do a Google search.

In my opinion the mesh hood works well. Light, breaths, just seems to handle better. Then seat, y , pipe, can, powder pros work really well.
