Default 03 summit belt deflection

My cousin has a 03 summit and the belt is too tight, it will creep forward when idling. Is there a deflection adjustment on the secondary to open it up more or do I need to move the engine back?

Yes, there is a adjustment on the secondary....jam nut and allen screw.
