Default Anybody have a template for porting a chaincase?

Times are tough and I can't afford a new sled so I am trying to squeeze out every ounce of performance I can from my old sled (a Polaris 800 if that matters) and have heard alot about freeing up horsepower with this mod. Also - what tool works best for the actual porting once you know where? Thanks in advance!

I think your "tool" enough to handle the project! Just grab drill and have at it. Be creative in your design.

I'd just take the case completely out and just carry an oil can. Or just leave the can home (for weight saving) and oil when you leave home.

I wonder if this mod would work on a Diamond Drive.

VES or non-VES? This is very important in determining hole size and placement!
