Wifey got a blackberry for work so I'm trying it out. Now we have interwebz at home again! This is a pain but better than nothin I guess...

Search and see if there is a program for the BB that lets you tether. I use a windows mobile phone and have a program called WMwifirouter that turns my phone into a wireless hotspot and I can connect my computer to it (wirelessly or via usb cable) - instant internet connection anywhere my phone has service! Just make sure your phone plan includes data first or you could rack up a huge bill in a short amount of time.

I tether with my android phone. it works great as long as the cell company doesnt know!

dave how is that droid been thinking about getting 2 for me and wife do you have one with keypad or the one without. i may swithc and get iphones

Verizon told us we can get internet thru the phone for another 30 bucks a month... Would the app be a workaround for that? If so that would be sweet!

There is a app that is a work around, i use it on my eris and have not had any issues. Works good.

I have the Samsung Moment on Sprint. I like it alot, seems to do just about everything you can do with an Iphone and more. I would have gotten the HTC Hero, but I wanted a keyboard. I havent seen the Motorola Droid yet I guess it has 2.0 which should be better than 1.6 like my phone has. I would have got an iphone a long time ago but just couldnt justify how much AT&T charges per month for that thing. My everything plan from sprint is half that.

BTW the app I use to tether is PDAnet and I see they have versions for just about everything http://www.junefabrics.com/

BCR won't display properly on my BlackBerry Storm...anybody else have issues viewing this site through the browser on their BlackBerry?

My BB Storm seems to work ok. It doesn't display the ads and you have to scroll around a bit to see the whole post, but it works!
