Default 71 SkiDoo TNT cleaning

So I have a 71 Skidoo TNT that I am getting back in running shape for an all vintage weekend at my dad's cabin. My dad, uncle and myself will all be riding a different model from 1971. I'll be on this TNT, my dad will be riding an Elan, my uncle an Olympique and if my mom comes along she'll be on a Nordic.
Should be a good weekend if everything stays running.
Here are some pics of the sled and my garage helper.

He's only 14 months so it will be a little while before he is riding, even then I have a 340 elan that I learned on that he'll probably start with as well. Even lighter than the TNT so it will easier for him to maneuver.

The sled is actually in great shape. only big problem is with the varnish, I mean crude Oil, in the tank. Previous owner must have left a full tank in it to go bad. The thickest nastiest stuff I have ever seen.

It has a 440 fan in it. No idea how old the seals are.
I am going to replace all the fuel lines and filters, rebuild the ole tillotson carb on it. Also planning on greasing the bogies, replacing spark plugs and wires.
