Mountain Cat Big Bore

I got a 2001 Arctic Cat 800 LE and i was thinking bout doing a big bore on it. I have heard around other forums that some people are running '03 900 cylinders bored to fit some M1 or F1 pistons. Has anyone done this or heard bout this? Is Big Bore the way to go or do other mods? This sled currently has V-Force 3 reeds, SLP pipe and can, airbox mod.
