Thief caught & sentenced!!!!
2 years later...
recovered mtn max & trailer, the viper is still missing.
this is this guys third felony conviction. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, 3 years of probation, and ordered to pay restitution.
He doesn't report to Broomfield County Jail until Dec 26. (so he could spend Christmas with his wife and kids)???

so if you see the viper in a pond or on a trail these thief's are not smart people.

glad they caught him, to bad the sentence didnt include a ass whooping before he went to jail! kinda weak sentencing i think
