IQR Mountain sled

It's finally on the lift and I'm hoping I'll have it finished in a month or so. I'm waiting on a driveshaft so I can get the drivers pressed on and I haven't decided if I'll buy a spool gun and do the bulkhead mods myself or get it cut out and take it into a shop to have the welding done. I'll list the details as they get put together and put on the sled.

Buy the spool gun, then you will have it for future mods. So what's the plan?

Spool guns ordered so why I wait on part's I figured out how to tie the outside rails of the dragon tunnel to the iqr bulkhead. I'll run a strap from the outside board support to the toe hook which attaches to the bulkhead and steering hoop.



Then I threw the tunnel wrap on and half of the rear bumper.



As soon as I find a driveshaft I'll get the skid and track in. I hope to have the bulkhead cutout this week so as soon as the gun shows up I can weld it up and drop the 700 in it.

He's been too busy playing. 1st a week in Vegas, and then good snow once he got home. Now get back at it Mag!

Motor's in, I'm still waiting on part's. The clutch will be here early next week (thanks Tim), the drivers shipped yesterday, hopefully I'll get the exhaust and chaincase cover sometime and I still need to find an oil tank.
