Default Top five toys for kids

How true this is. Some of the happiest kids I've seen were in a poor African country where what toys they had were toys they made themselves out of left over scraps.

You can tell this was written by city people. Cardboard box ranked #2? Easily acquired by ordering stuff from Amazon?? WTF? We were too poor to buy stuff that came in cardboard boxes. Tied for #1 should have been ROCKS! Good for wrecking stuff and throwing at people. Easily available anywhere dirt is found. Rocks, sticks, and dirt is all you really need. All that fancy stuff they talked about like boxes, cardboard tubes, and string is for rich city folk.

I don't buy it. Cardboard boxes are free at the liquor store, grocery store...just look out back. When I was a kid my parents made me a set of blocks out of half gallon, quart and pint milk boxes.
