Default GP's back up build

okay just for a backgound im 18 i do alot of lurking around this site and for the the last few months i've been gathering up parts to start a decent build for a backup sled/something for my girlfriend to ride

First off i bought a 2002 verticle escape tunnel and bulkhead from my work last year and got my hands on a steering hoop/supports off of a 2006 rmk 600.I dont have any pictures of what it started as basically just a tunnel with a red belly pan. from there nothing really happend until this fall when i picked up a 2005 rmk 900 seat and tank and a set of yellow trailing arms. I wish I would have taken pictures of my hoop and tank install but that was before i decided to do a build thread. Yesterday i picked up a 2002 rmk 800 144 with a skirted piston from there, i went about swapping and painting parts.

got my drivers today 7 tooth 3.0 pitch anti ratchets. my question is how much rail needs to be trimmed to fit my skid underneath? will I need to move my 151 skid back to run a 153 attack 20? or will I have enough adjustability in my tensioners to be ok?

I once bought 2" rail extensions from someone..can't remember where now. I do remember they weren't the easiest thing to find. I was running out of adjustment.

Made some good progress this weekend got the drivers skid and track installed. clearance is really good all around and I have plenty of tension adjustment but I have 2 problems, 1. anti-stab kit is much needed as rail tip pressure is crazy bad and 2. it seems the guy I bought the drivers from didn't press them on right, so the track is waaay to tight against the pto side of the sled. So its gotta come back apart and be fixed just when I was so excited about a full rolling chassis.

not much progress been doing alot of wiring and im kinda stuck the kill switch plug is tied into one of the handwarmers and kind of has my wiring in a knot so i was wondering if i could just cut it off? I have the auxillary deadman switch that uses the ignition plugs so I have no use for this connection

Looks like that if you dont need that kill switch(where you have another), you could cut that connector out and solder in the wire for the hand warmer.

Thats what i was thinking but I seem to recall that you have to leave all the wires involved with the ignition intact i could be wrong though?
