Default Early Ride

Nice. I have a small lot at Greenhorn, near Quincy that I hope to see next summer. I've been in Ak since '64, am anxious to get south and ride the area.
Thanks for the pic.

Snw4me..I moved (from Ak) not to long ago and I was surprised at how much great riding there is and how long the season can be in the Sierras..still have alot to see. The scenery is spectacular. Ak has it beat X 1000000 though just by virtue of its un-reglated vastness..born and raised there and still only scratched the surface.
Greenhorn is just a few minutes from Lakes Basin..awesome terrain to be had there.

Default Sierras

I'm hoping to convince my wife to move to Reno or nearby so we can live outside for a while and get to the Greenhorn lot summer and winter. She's not ready to leave yet but after 60+ years it won't be too much longer.
I've Google Earth-ed and Street Viewed the riding areas down there and really want to try them out, even if some areas are restricted. From where in Ak did you move? I live in Anc, have a snogo cabin west of MP 128 of the Parks, north of P-ville.

Cant get your wife to leave AK?...I have the opposite problem, cant get her to move back...you might keep that in mind...
Lived in Anch/Wassila/Kasilof. Last time I rode at Pville it was -20 and I lost a crank, not a good day. If you make it down let me know you can usually find me at the site in my sig.
