WTF is with some peeps??? You see them on the news and the dumbchits are smiling for their mugshot. They seem to think it is a photo shoot and are gonna make the cover of a mag or something. The stoners and drunks you can kinda understand but just this week a couple gals from Boise were busted in Eastern Id for prostitution and one is just smiling away........Just think its funny is all.

That is because there is no real punishment for the crimes that they commit. They know that will be processed and sent out the door in very short order.

When I was still working LE....we would have the daily morning freak come across our emails....bwhahahha. Oh man...the freaks I have seen.
