Default My Silber Turbo Pro Rmk Norway Edition (WARNING lots of pics)

Holla from the great north, my name is Tor Arne and im from Norway. Been visiting this forum for alittle while now but havent gotten around to post anything yet. Starting of by saying thanks for a great forum and great community, got alot of ideas and tips here. Thanks. Sorry if my english is alittle engrish.

Sled: 2011 Polaris Pro Rmk 800 Red and Black
Elevation: 400meters over sea level to a max of 1200meters over sea.
Kit: 2011 Silber Turbo, with Power Addiction 11.1 head modified for better performance with pump gas.
Other mods include: Boss Seat of a 09 Dragon Rmk, Z-bros a-arm kit, painted Orange Madness side panels, Whal Bros no-slip drivers, homemade front bumper, tunnel reinforcements, homemade skid reinforcement, tethered kill switch, cutted windscreen, homemade anti-stab kit

Planing to run this on 100RON pump fuel which is about 91MON in your measurement, and about 6-7psi of boost.

Rode it stock one season to figure out what needed to be done, this is what happened during the season

Tearing the sled down

Broke the rod between the carburator and oil pump when i pulled it of so had to buy a new one

Fairly easy to mount considering ive never done it before, and following english installation description with a couple advance words.

Boot fits perfect

Stock a-arms looked like this after one season

New A-arms looks like this, feels and looks stronger and saves weight.

My first skid that I bent, got it covered on warranty since they figured it was because they only used one tension belt in front of the skid, warranty covered two new rails, an extra tension belt and new rod in front, dealer drove 2hours to pick up the sled, and drove two hours to deliver it. Free of charge!

My second skid after half a season, didnt hold up either, looks like Polaris saved to much weight here

Straightened my second skid and drilled extra strengthening rods and mounted enforcement plates on the sides and inside.

Ordered a set of tunnel enforcers and got a extra set free of charge from my dealer, cutted the second pair in half and fitted it to the tunnel
