The wife and I are looking at coming up around xmas time for 4 or 5 days to do some riding. where is a good place to go between the Idaho border and baniff. nothing to crazy just some good ridin. talked about revy but have heard it's going to be busy around that time. also how is it for People from the u.s. to go up there in ride ?? no problems flat tires trucks keyed etc thanks Frank

Area around Banff is a national park, meaning no riding there. It's busy in Revy/Golden during that time but not crazy. The "new" ski hill has made demand for rooms a little higher than it has in the past. I wouldn't worry about you stuff being damaged, there have been a few cases over the years but not to many. I think BC peeps hate people from AB more than Americans.

There is some good sledding in the Creston/Cranbrook areas. There is some good stuff over in the Salmo/Nelson side also. I grew up in that area but it's been years since I sledded there. I'll have to make a trip back one of these days.
