Soda Springs

Any of you that live around Soda know anything about workin at the phosphate mines?? Lookin at a engineering job workin for Monsanto but haven't been able to get any opinions about the company or the work.

Not sure about the work. As far as area goes... Awesome for an out doors man. Great deer hunting. Some of the better elk hunting in the state. Some great fishing not too far away. Awesome sledding just south in preston or to the east in star valley. If the woman is ok with it and the pay is good I would go after it.

Boise is too big. No good jobs avaliable there anyways. Wife likes soda springs so it just depends on the job.

region 5, unit 76=diamond creek, slug creek, dyke lake. as mentioned, some of the best deer and elk hunting in the southeast part of the state. i have bagged multiple of each plus countless geese between china hat and the reservoir. enjoy
