Bull Riding Vest
Would a bull riding vest work in place of a tek-vest. What are your thoughts?

I'm sure it would. Anything to keep the handlebars from pokin' a hole in the ribs is better than nothing.

Here's a website with one. I have one laying in my garage that was given to me by a friend. They're spendy new but ebay has some decent prices on them. I would think it should be as protective as a tek. I have a tek too but I just don't like the way it feels. The vest seems to be more comfortable.

I like the idea of the vest because it is very light ( maybe 3 pounds) and would fit easily under a coat and sweatshirt.

Dang, those look perfect.
I have been trying to find something for the wife and I think that might be the ticket. Besides, I can go to some places around here and she can try em on. Thanks for the link.
