So I just mounted the Hauck exhaust system with the fuel accelerator and clutch kit on my 08 nytro. I had ridden a buddies with the same setup and was blown away at how much that system brought that engine to life. After I spent a good amount of time wrestling the kit into place (fit and finish needs some improvement) I am ready to go. Unfortunately cant ride for a week due to work. In the mean time I would like to get some tech info on dialing in the fuel accelerator. The guys at Hauck set me up for 0-2,000 feet which is a good amount of my riding but I will sometimes find myself in the 2,000-4,000. I'm no genius with these fuel adjustments and don't want to screw anything up.

As much as I like BCR, you might have a lot better luck on TY4stroke with this one. There's quite a few guys running full Hauck setups. I just looked at the accelerator on their website and they don't give much info. Can you upload the fuel map to your computer? Did you get a manual or any directions with it?

Well they sent a pretty good set of directions to dial in the clutching but not much in the way of fuel accelerator info. The guys there said to give them a call and they would talk me through setup. I was just seeing if anyone had worked with Hauck before and how it went. Or did they map it themselves? How did it go?

I'm running a PCV. You can plug it into your laptop and download the fuel maps then make changes throughout the power band adding or removing fuel at whatever RPM's you need to. You can switch between two different maps while you ride. I have no experience with Hauck's products, I'll see if I can dig something up on TY.
